Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Manager role located in Kollam. The Administrative Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing schedules, organizing records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and coordinating between departments for seamless functioning. The manager will also support resource allocation, ensure operational efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational goals by streamlining processes and assisting various teams in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and managerial skills to oversee schedules, resources, and administrative functions
- Familiarity with record-keeping, documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Proficiency in communication and team collaboration across diverse departments
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes, with problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is highly advantageous
- Strong decision-making skills with attention to detail
