Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate with our Australian branch.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Manage data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
Prepare reports and MIS using Excel
Coordinate with the Australian branch for administrative processes
Maintain internal communication and ensure smooth workflow
Handle emails, scheduling, and official correspondence
Support management with operational and administrative requirements
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of data
Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management
Good understanding of administrative processes
Ability to communicate clearly with Australian clients (neutral/accent clarity preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in handling international clients/processes
Good accent clarity suitable for Australian communication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Immediate joiners will be given priority
