Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Haldia for an Administrative Manager. The Administrative Manager will oversee daily operational tasks, coordinate factory activities, manage administrative staff, and ensure efficiency in factory procedures. Responsibilities include budgeting, streamlining administrative processes, maintaining records, and liaising with other departments. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting organizational goals through effective task prioritization and execution.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in office management software and tools
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial reporting processes
- Ability to lead and motivate a team with a focus on efficiency and goal achievement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Experience in administrative or managerial roles is preferred
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and general office operations
