Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and trustworthy Administrative Manager to support the smooth functioning of our office and provide direct assistance to senior leadership. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills, with exposure to office administration, client communication & coordination, travel management, events, and conference support.
Qualifications
- Experience in office administration, including organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in calendar management, meeting organization and communication with internal team and external clients.
- Experience in filing, storage, and security of physical and digital documents.
- Experience in finance management & staff management.
- Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and professionalism.
- Ability to support staff & HR coordination.
- Experience in domestic and international travel arrangements for staff and senior leadership.
- Knowledge of process optimization and office management tools and software (e.g., MS Office Suite, scheduling tools).
- Experience in event coordination and team collaboration to support office-wide initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle dynamic requirements and unforeseen challenges.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and digital tools
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines
- Willingness to travel outside Delhi.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a consultancy or design-related firm is advantageous.
- Past experience in Hospitality industry will be advantageous
