Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Administrative Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, data entry, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies. You will support the management in creating reports, handling accounts and invoices, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative activities. This role requires effective communication and organizational skills to coordinate with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Invoicing processes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment
- Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
