β¨ About the Role
We are hiring an Admin Executive to support our daily office operations, coordination, documentation, and internal team management.
This role is good for freshers or experienced candidates who are organised, responsible, disciplined, and good at follow-ups.
You do not need to be an expert. We will train you on our internal processes, documentation, coordination, and basic office workflows.
We are looking for someone who can manage daily admin tasks smoothly and support different teams whenever required.
π₯ What You Will Do
β’ Handle daily office admin work and basic coordination.
β’ Maintain records, files, documents, and internal trackers.
β’ Coordinate with different teams for daily updates and follow-ups.
β’ Support HR/admin work like attendance coordination, joining documents, employee records, and basic paperwork.
β’ Help with office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management.
β’ Maintain Google Sheets and basic reports.
β’ Coordinate for interviews, walk-ins, and candidate visits whenever required.
β’ Support internal communication between teams.
β’ Ensure office discipline, cleanliness, and smooth daily operations.
β’ Follow up on assigned tasks and close them on time.
