We're seeking a skilled Admin cum Accounts Executive with 3-5 years of experience to support our Hyderabad-based India development center. This role blends administrative efficiency with solid accounting support, ensuring smooth operations for our IT delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including office supplies, office correspondence, filing, scheduling, and local vendor coordination using MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping with strong MS Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and presentations; assist in payroll processing and compliance filings under GST/ TDS.
- Support HR admin like employee onboarding documentation, leave tracking in Zoho People, and inventory management.
- Coordinate office events, procurement, and facilities maintenance while maintaining confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field; CA Inter or Tally certification preferred.
- 3-5 years proven experience in admin-accounting hybrid roles, ideally in IT/consulting firms.
- Expert-level MS Office skills: Advanced Excel for data analysis, Word for reports, PowerPoint for presentations.
- Good accounting knowledge (journal entries, ledgers, GST compliance) with familiarity in Zoho Books or QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced dev center.
