Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Virudhunagar for an Administrative Executive. The Administrative Executive will manage day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate schedules and meetings, and ensure efficient communication across departments. Responsibilities include organizing and maintaining records, providing executive-level administrative assistance, handling communications, and addressing inquiries from students, parents, and staff. The role also involves maintaining a professional and organized office environment by facilitating smooth operational workflows and addressing administrative challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to efficiently manage schedules, meetings, and records.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- General Administration expertise to oversee and manage daily office operations effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact professionally and promptly address queries and concerns.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.
- Proficiency in office software tools such as MS Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with educational or e-learning environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
