We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
This role is responsible for maintaining office efficiency, supporting teams with operational coordination, and ensuring a professional workplace environment.
🚀 Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and work environment.
Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
2. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate between departments for smooth workflow.
Support management with scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups.
Handle internal communication and documentation.
3. Attendance & Employee Support
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Assist employees with administrative requirements.
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new joiners.
4. Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with office vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
Ensure timely servicing and issue resolution.
Maintain records of vendor invoices and agreements.
5. Documentation & Record Keeping
Maintain office files, records, and administrative documents.
Organize contracts, invoices, and company paperwork.
Ensure proper filing and data management.
6. Event & Meeting Coordination
Arrange meetings, travel bookings, and office events.
Support employee engagement activities and celebrations.
7. Reporting & MIS
Prepare administrative reports and trackers.
Share updates with management on office operations.

👤 Requirements
