Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Executive located in Chennai. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, handling general administrative tasks, streamlining office operations, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The role also involves providing support to leadership and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to handle executive schedules and daily operations effectively
- Proficiency in General Administration and operational management tasks
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate efficiently with teams and stakeholders
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of office tools and software applications; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is advantageous
