Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Admin Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations of the office, maintain workplace standards, and support employees with basic infrastructure and facility needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reception activities including visitor management and front desk coordination.
- Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of the office premises including furniture, and general infrastructure.
- Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the office.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for repair, maintenance, and facility-related services.
- Address and resolve employee concerns related to cleanliness, electrical appliances, and workspace facilities.
- Coordinate and manage office meetings, official functions, and ensure discipline and order within the workplace.
- Maintain and monitor office stationery stock, ensuring timely procurement and availability.
- Maintain records of administrative expenses and basic documentation related to office management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline with 2 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-organized work environment.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Previous experience with vendor handling and office operations.
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to handle routine administrative challenges efficiently.
