🚀 We’re Hiring: Admin Executive
📍 Navalur, Chennai | 🕒 Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team in Chennai. If you have strong experience in corporate administration, facility management, and vendor coordination, this is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced professional environment!
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office maintenance and supplies
Oversee vendor management and coordinate with service providers for smooth functioning
Handle travel administration (flights, hotels, transport) ensuring cost-effectiveness
Support building maintenance activities, including HVAC, STP systems, and facility upkeep
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes of meetings (MoM)
Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically
Assist in employee onboarding (logistics, admin setup)
Support HR and Finance teams with admin tasks, expense tracking, reimbursements, and compliance
Monitor office inventory and manage procurement
Handle official communication, emails, and correspondence
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (BMS preferred)
Educational background in Electrical / Facility Management is an added advantage
4–9 years of experience in corporate administrative roles
Hands-on experience in vendor management & building maintenance
Knowledge/exposure to HVAC, STP systems, and facility operations
Strong experience supporting HR and administrative functions
Familiarity with travel booking tools/platforms
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational & multitasking skills
