Role: Admin Executive
Location: Vishakhapatnam, AP
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee general administrative activities, including office maintenance, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Handle travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation) for employees and management, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely arrangements.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain minutes of meetings.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating logistics and administrative requirements.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as expense tracking, reimbursements, and compliance paperwork.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination across departments.
- Monitor office inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and official communication on behalf of management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in administrative roles, preferably in corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
