Role Description
Immediate Hiring: Digital Operations & Webinar Automation Manager
📍 Pune | Full-Time
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on Skill & Experience)
At Art Of Healing, we are building one of India’s fastest-growing transformational learning ecosystems focused on healing, spirituality, mindfulness, meditation, crystals, energy sciences, and personal transformation.
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy, execution-focused professional who can independently manage the complete backend operations of webinars, online classes, automation systems, student communication, and digital program delivery.
This is NOT a conventional digital marketing role.
This role is for someone who understands:

* End-to-end webinar execution

* Session coordination & live support
* Presentation handling during sessions
Automation & Communication
* WhatsApp automation workflows
* Webinar reminders & follow-ups
* Student onboarding communication
* Group management & engagement
Course Operations
* Course access management (Teachable)
* Student support & query handling
* Payment mapping & tracking
* Form submissions & operational follow-ups
Technical & Website Operations
* Landing page updates
* Coupon code creation
* Backend technical coordination
* Coordination with internal teams/vendors
Data & Process Management
* Webinar/calling data management
* Conversion tracking
* Google Sheets coordination
* Operational reporting
🔹 Who We Are Looking For
✅ Minimum 5+ years experience in:
* Webinar operations
* Digital course ecosystem
* Automation workflows
* Online education/coaching industry
✅ Strong hands-on knowledge of:
* Zoom
* WhatsApp automation tools
* Google Sheets
* Teachable or LMS platforms
* Landing page tools
* Online payment integrations
