Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kottayam for an Administrative & Executive Assistant. The role involves supporting day-to-day executive and administrative operations, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling email correspondence, and preparing expense reports. You will also assist with general office administration and work closely with the leadership team, Melbourne-based staff, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining organised operations and supporting the overall functioning of the office.
Qualifications
- Education: B.Com or Finance-related degree preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years in a formal administrative or secretarial role preferred.
