Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative role based in Chennai. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative activities, coordinating internal and external communications, supporting financial processes, and providing exceptional service to customers. The role requires overseeing office operations, handling documentation, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, including organizing schedules, managing documentation, and ensuring operational efficiency
- Analytical Skills to manage tasks that require problem-solving, attention to detail, and organized decision-making
- Knowledge or experience in basic Finance processes such as invoicing or budget management is an advantage
- Proficiency using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
