Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Administrative role based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some remote work. The role includes providing administrative support, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing customer inquiries, and assisting with finance and analytical tasks. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent customer service to meet business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and organizational tasks
- Solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge and experience in Finance
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in administrative or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
