Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Trivandrum. The Administrative Assistant will perform a diverse range of responsibilities, including managing schedules, handling phone correspondence, maintaining records, organizing files, and providing executive-level administrative support. The role will also involve supporting clerical tasks and ensuring smooth office operations by maintaining effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, records, and office tasks efficiently.
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to handle interactions with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance with the ability to handle executive schedules and correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
