Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in New Delhi. The Administrative Assistant will manage clerical tasks, maintain office organization, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure efficient communication within the organization. They will provide executive-level administrative support, manage phone calls with professionalism, and assist in coordinating office activities to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office operations efficiently
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to ensure clear and professional interactions
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership roles
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in business administration or related field is a plus
