Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Gurugram. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day studio operations, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating internal and external appointments. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, maintaining records, and organizing documents, files, and project-related information. The role involves preparing basic correspondence, assisting with reports and presentations, and supporting senior team members with executive administrative tasks as needed. The Administrative Assistant will also help manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors or service providers, and ensure a well-organized, professional studio environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, data entry, filing, and document management.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and clear Communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with basic digital tools for coordination and documentation.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced design studio environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in an architecture, design, or creative firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration, business, or a related field preferred.
