Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position based in Bengaluru. The Administrative Assistant will manage clerical tasks, support executives with administrative functions, and handle daily operational needs of the center. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phone calls professionally, maintaining records, assisting with documentation, and ensuring effective communication across teams. The individual will contribute to the seamless functioning of the center and play a key role in supporting both staff and client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, records, and documentation
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional interactions with clients, families, and staff
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, providing organizational and operational support to leadership
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software, such as Word, Excel, and scheduling tools
- A friendly and compassionate demeanor, especially in a child-centered environment
- Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
