Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in New Delhi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks such as scheduling, organizing documents, and maintaining records. This role also includes providing executive assistance, managing communication via phone and email, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations to support the leadership team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining records
- Strong communication and phone etiquette to professionally handle calls and correspondence
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting senior leadership with tasks and logistics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools such as MS Office and modern communication tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and demonstrate problem-solving skills
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or executive support roles is a plus
