Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Mumbai with flexibility for partial remote work. The Administrative Assistant will perform day-to-day tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and providing executive-level administrative support. Additional responsibilities include maintaining records, processing documents, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and social media management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance and social media handling
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Familiarity with Clerical tasks, organizational tools, and office equipment
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a hybrid environment
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheet tools
- Previous experience in administrative roles or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is an advantage
