Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant position located in Vrindavan. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining schedules, and organizing meetings. The role also involves providing executive administrative support, ensuring smooth operations of clerical activities, and addressing queries professionally via phone. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Solid foundation in Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping and document management
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant office software is beneficial
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not a requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in administrative tasks are a plus
