What You’ll Do

• Manage and organise daily schedules, calls, and meetings

• Support handling of emails, messages, and basic communication

• Coordinate with team members, volunteers, and clients

• Track tasks, follow-ups, and ongoing work

• Assist in basic documentation and data entry

• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations


What We’re Looking For

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Good communication (written & verbal)

• Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp, and basic tools

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Attention to detail and consistency


Healthcare background is not required, but a plus.
