Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Ahmedabad. The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing schedules, answering phone calls, maintaining organized records, and providing support to executives and other team members. The role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) is a plus
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is preferred
