We are looking for a Administrative Assistant for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience with coordination,day to day operations,supportiung,powerpoint presentation,meeting schedule,calender management.
Exp: - 2 + Years
Location: Pune
CTC - Upto 9 LPA
Shifts - US Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing effective administrative support to team leadership and Client Delivery staff, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
• Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and preparation of materials for meetings
• Support internal teams, including Directors and Managers, with administrative and reporting-related tasks
• Create, format, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing use, ensuring clarity and professionalism
• Responsible for compiling, analysing, and maintaining reports to support team performance tracking and operational insights
• Organize and interpret data from internal systems to assist with reporting and analytics needs
• Assists with building recurring reports and dashboards, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems
• Contribute to process improvements, particularly related to reporting workflows and data management
• Efficient Administrative support ensuring the smooth running of day to day operations
• Compiling and providing reports for MI
• Producing powerpoint presentations of high standards sufficient for external client use and internal use
• Maintains and updates databases with accurate information
• Builds effective stakeholder relationships
BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS:
PROFILE: HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven experience supporting senior executives in an assistant or similar highly competent administration role
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – able to proof read and make text and format changes to powerpoint for example
• High Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated experience in roles where they have contributed to process improvements and driven efficiency
• Proven professional background with proven expertise in handling sensitive information appropriately
• Detail orientated, highly adaptable able to problem solve and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Confident, calm, assertive, and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy
• Confident, discrete communicator able to build positive working relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Calm under pressure with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
• Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
• Ability to anticipate needs and act proactively
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
