Role Description
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administrative support, managing clerical tasks, organizing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating communications within the organization. The role also requires handling inquiries professionally and supporting executives in their administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Skilled in performing Clerical tasks efficiently and accurately
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Relevant experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
