Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ranchi for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing office operations, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records. The role also involves liaising with departments, ensuring efficient office workflow, and supporting management with clerical tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Organizational and time management skills for handling schedules, appointments, and office operations.
- Administrative skills, including record-keeping, data management, and document preparation.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities to prioritize and efficiently manage tasks.
- Prior experience in administrative roles within a manufacturing or industrial company is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
