Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Gurugram Tehsil. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and supporting executive staff. Other duties include ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations and addressing clerical needs to maintain organized and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle day-to-day office operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to professionally manage calls and correspondence
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff with scheduling and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work independently, with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a similar role or related field is a plus
