Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time on site reliable and detail-oriented an Admin Assistant located at Mithi Rohar - Gandhidham to support daily administrative operations. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative operations, documentation, record management, coordination with external offices,organizing schedules, performing clerical tasks, and supporting team members in various administrative functions to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Clerical Skills, such as record-keeping and document management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in MS Excel
- Prepare and issue slips for rice, fuel, and other materials
- Maintain records for printing and stationery usage
- Handle proper filing of documents (physical & digital)
- Visit banks, municipal corporation offices, and local markets when require
- Purchase miscellaneous office items as required
- Maintain and regularly check the working condition of IT assets
- Update status records of office equipment
- Familier with printing, scanning, and documentation work
- Support in event planning and office arrangements
- Provide general administrative support as required
