Looking for a reliable and organized candidate who can join immediately to support daily administrative tasks. The role involves working closely with the Director and leadership, handling calls and emails, organizing and managing calenders and documents and ensuring smooth coordination within the office.
Looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, with a willingness to learn, trustworthy and good energy in the workspace.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer incoming phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as required
• Respond to emails professionally and in a timely manner
• Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
• Coordinate and book travel arrangements
• Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain records, files and office documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication
• Assist in office management and general administrative support
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative tasks
• Ownership of tendering processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adept at using/leveraging technology and tools to improve work efficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Professional attitude and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
• Experience in tools such as Canva or similar and GPT proficiency
• Prior experience in an office-based administrative role
• Familiarity with calendar management tools, email platforms and ERP systems
