We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin Assistant to be part of our organization.
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Department: Administration
Reports To: Admin Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Job Purpose:
To support the Admin Manager in managing housekeeping, office maintenance, guest handling, and daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising housekeeping and facility maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular checks of office areas, washrooms, pantry, and common spaces.
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and vendors; report and follow up on facility issues (AC, lighting, furniture, etc.).
- Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, data entry, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage stationery stock and raise purchase requests when required.
- Ensure meeting rooms are properly set up for meetings and events.
- Welcome and assist visitors; arrange refreshments and hospitality.
- Support small office purchases, logistics, and food arrangements for meetings.
- Visit staff accommodations to inspect cleanliness and report issues.
- Maintain admin-related Excel trackers (housekeeping, stationery, maintenance).
- Prepare basic weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office support (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
