Job Title: Admin ExecutiveLocation: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Role Summary:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations across branches, ensuring smooth office functioning, asset management, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle asset management (allocation, tracking, maintenance, retrieval)
- Support onboarding and exit processes
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Monitor office facilities, equipment, and hygiene
- Process invoices and maintain admin records
- Maintain documents and employee records
- Coordinate BGV process
- Oversee courier services and dispatch tracking
- Resolve basic technical issues
- Coordinate with HR & Finance teams
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1–3 years of experience
- Good communication & organizational skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
