Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Kochi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling phone correspondence, providing executive support, and ensuring efficient clerical operations. Additional responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting the team with office management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Skills
- Experience or ability to provide Executive Administrative Assistance
- Organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in office software and basic computer skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
. Postgraduates with a business administration degree would be preferred
