Role Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you will support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative workflows across the organization. This role involves vendor coordination, facility management, professional communication, housekeeping supervision, scheduling, and operational support to maintain an organized and efficient workplace environment..
Key Responsibilities
•Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations
•Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, repairs, and facility-related requirements
•Maintain office inventory including stationery, pantry supplies, and housekeeping materials
•Draft and send professional emails and maintain effective communication with internal teams and external vendors
•Coordinate with housekeeping and cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the office
•Monitor office facilities such as meeting rooms, internet, electricity, air conditioning, and other utilities, and ensure timely issue resolution
•Handle visitor management, courier coordination, and administrative support activities
•Schedule meetings and assist in maintaining records, invoices, and office documentation
•Follow up with service providers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
•Support management in maintaining a well-organized, professional, and efficient work environment
Experience Requirement
You should have 1 to 2 years of experience in handling administrative responsibilities such as vendor coordination, office facility management, housekeeping supervision, inventory handling, and professional email communication in a corporate environment.

You should possess strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, handle vendors professionally, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
