Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Chennai. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative and clerical tasks, including managing schedules, answering phone calls, maintaining records, and providing executive support. The role involves ensuring smooth office operations, assisting team members, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage records, schedules, documentation, and office organization efficiently.
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to professionally handle client and internal communications.
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to support executives with scheduling, correspondence, and task prioritization.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Prior experience in a beauty, wellness, or training environment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
