Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant based in India to support our growing real estate operations. You will play a vital role in handling administrative tasks, coordinating with our sales team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business processes.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRMs
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of Finance and Real Estate is required
- Must be able to work Australian time zone hours
