Role Description
As an Administrative Assistant at Etherealflights Pvt Ltd, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and leadership team members. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. Your responsibilities will include maintaining organized records, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth daily operations, manage scheduling and coordinate meetings. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication skills to facilitate effective correspondence and interaction within and outside the organization.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance to ensure effective daily operations.
- Experience in managing Expense Reports and providing dependable Executive Support.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
