Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Gurugram. The role involves providing administrative support, managing phone communications with professionalism, organizing schedules, handling clerical tasks, and assisting executives in administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day business activities.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
- Front Desk roles
- Proficient in Clerical Skills, including organization and documentation
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail
- Proficiency in commonly used office software applications
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
