Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kota for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting executive-level staff. The role involves providing clerical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining professional communication standards within the organization. Additionally, this role requires being the first point of contact for calls and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written Communication skills
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including record management and organization
- Professional Phone Etiquette for managing calls and client interactions
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in an educational environment is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in administrative support are a plus
