Administrative Assistant – Construction & Business Support
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Administrative Assistant to support our growing business operations. This role is suitable for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client communication, daily records, bookkeeping support, and construction administration tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling client enquiries and maintaining professional communication with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Maintaining daily records, reports, files, and business documentation
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks, including invoices, receipts, payment records, and expense tracking
- Supporting construction administration, including project documentation, quotations, contracts, schedules, and supplier coordination
- Managing emails, calendars, appointments, and general office correspondence
- Assisting the operations and management team with administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous bookkeeping or accounts administration experience preferred
- Experience in construction administration will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Professional attitude when dealing with clients and stakeholders
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
