Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing food business. The role involves handling administrative coordination, vendor communication, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and assisting management in ensuring smooth business operations across outlets and backend functions.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily administrative and office coordination tasks
• Maintain records, reports, invoices, and operational documents
• Coordinate with outlet teams, vendors, and management regularly
• Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and operational tracking
• Support reporting related to attendance, purchases, and office operations
• Ensure proper communication flow between departments
• Manage calls, emails, and internal documentation professionally
• Assist management in maintaining operational discipline and organization
Requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and office tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
• Prior experience in administration, operations coordination, or office management is preferred
• Candidates from hospitality, retail, QSR, or food industry backgrounds will be preferred
