Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Bengaluru. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, managing clerical tasks, handling phone communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting executives with their day-to-day activities. The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring efficient office operations and maintaining clear communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Clerical tasks including scheduling, filing, and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, on-site work environment
- Proficiency in office tools such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email software
- Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
