Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Kochi. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting store and management teams with clerical tasks. The role involves answering phone calls with professional etiquette, directing inquiries to appropriate team members, and providing accurate information to customers and internal stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant will prepare basic reports, assist with inventory and document management, support executive-level administrative requirements, and ensure a well-organized, customer-focused front office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support day-to-day operations and management needs.
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, customer interactions, and internal coordination.
- Solid Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools) and familiarity with standard office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset and a professional, respectful approach to working with diverse colleagues and customers.
- Prior experience in an administrative or front office role, preferably in retail, healthcare, or pharmacy settings.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
