Role Description The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to consultants and leadership, ensuring smooth office operations and timely completion of tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling phone calls and emails, maintaining records and files, and preparing basic reports and presentations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, supporting documentation and data entry, and assisting with travel arrangements and office supplies. The Administrative Assistant will help maintain a professional office environment and support special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and clerical skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing documents, records, and routine office tasks.
- Professional Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for senior team members.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for handling calls, emails, and in-person interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry and reporting abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in consulting or professional services is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
