Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant at Clerk-Tech. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing and maintaining records, and assisting executives with day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, email correspondence, phone communication, and supporting team projects to ensure seamless business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing documents and managing day-to-day operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls and emails professionally
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to support executives and manage schedules effectively
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Proficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or related skills are a plus
