ob Description: Virtual Assistant
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Scheduling
* Manage the studio calendar and schedule photography sessions
* Coordinate client bookings, reschedules, and follow-ups
* Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone
* Send session confirmations, reminders, preparation instructions, and post-session follow-ups
* Track session details including location, number of participants, timing, and deliverables
* Coordinate and maintain studio availability and session scheduling
Inbox Management & Task Creation
* Review and organize incoming emails
* Flag urgent or priority communications
* Convert emails and requests into organized tasks within ClickUp
* Assign due dates, priorities, and tags based on workflow requirements
* Ensure that no client communication or operational request is missed
Studio Operations & Administrative Support
* Prepare and send contracts, proposals, and quotes to clients
* Maintain and update CRM records to ensure client information is accurate and organized
* Support studio administrative processes and documentation
* Assist with operational coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day studio activities
Required Skills
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Operations Coordinator
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written communication skills
* Experience with ClickUp or similar task/project management systems
* Ability to manage client communication and scheduling efficiently
* High attention to detail and ability to manage structured workflows
US shift
Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
