About the job
Selected Candidate's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:
1)Overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of the office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
2)Coordinating and managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.
3)Maintaining documents, and supporting basic financial and HR-related tasks.
4)Greeting and assisting visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, and managing visitor logs where applicable.
Qualifications:
1)At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a HR or similar administrative role.
2)A laptop, capable of performing basic tasks(Ex: Word, Excel, Slides, etc.).
3)Good communication, time management, and organizing skills.
4)Adequate Proficiency in spoken and written English.
