Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Kochi. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files and records. The role involves answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing professional front-office support. The Administrative Assistant will support executives with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and preparation of basic reports, presentations, and documents. Responsibilities also include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing schedules, files, and office processes.
- Professional communication abilities, including clear written and verbal Communication and effective Phone Etiquette when dealing with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
- Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic report preparation.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, discretion when handling confidential information, and a client-focused, service-oriented mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in trading, logistics, or related industries, is a plus.
